I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Neiman Marcus (Dallas, TX) in Apr 2018
Interview
3 different people interview you
Two are in person and the last person makes the offer.
It is an easy and fast process. They want you to be very exact about what type of jobs you have done and why do you think you might be a good fit. Overall it is a good experience but not good money. They claim you make most money through commission.

This was a virtual interview with recruiter. The next step would have been with a local sales manager but our schedules did not align so I did not continue the process.

Simple and straightforward, questions about my experience, why I want to work there, etc. Then, more specific questions about my sales background. There were no trick questions really. It was just straight to the point.
I had a virtual interview with a recruiter after applying and invited to online hiring fair. Discussed background, asked about commitment and availability as well as applicable skills and background. Was looking for a seasonal position, and none were available yet.
