I applied online and had 2 interviews. They are disrespectful and unprofessional. It’s been more than a month and they have yet to communicate next steps despite numerous attempts to follow up. At this point, I accepted another offer so looks like NM lost out. Actually it has been closer to 2 months now, which is completely ridiculous to not have heard anything now. Their interview process left me extremely disappointed.
