My interview took about 3 hours with 4 managers. Each manager interviewed me separately and asked about my retail experience, how I deal with angry customers and how I build clientele.

This was a virtual interview with recruiter. The next step would have been with a local sales manager but our schedules did not align so I did not continue the process.

Can you tell us about your experience satisfying customers?
Simple and straightforward, questions about my experience, why I want to work there, etc. Then, more specific questions about my sales background. There were no trick questions really. It was just straight to the point.
