Phone screen, interview with immediate supervisor, and 3rd interview with next level manager. In each one they marveled at how closely my experience fit with what they were looking for. RED FLAG! The highest manager asked me several questions and made comments which were clearly digs about my age (I'm a grown-up, but my hair isn't even gray). These were probably illegal questions. Since then I've read other reviews both from interviewees and employees saying that's the norm.
