My first interview was with an HR ManaGer who works with many locations. She mostly reviewed my resume and experience. We had a fantastic interview and she informed me that I was a shoe in for the position and based on the other candidates being interviewed the next interviews were merely a formality. The second interviewer would have been my direct superior. From the beginning the interview wasn’t friendly, she seemed over it, dressed in a super casual fit, complete with bun and hoodie, she complimented me Regina George style and I could totally feel the energy’. She was acting like she had to be somewhere 10 minutes ago even though I was early and our meeting was scheduled to last for 40 minutes. The interview lasted less than 15 minutes. I was only asked one question and had to keep the interview going, it was like pulling teeth.
