Neogen Territory Business Manager interview questions

I applied online and within 18 hours was contacted by talent aquisition personnel to set up an interview for the end of the week b/c of strong qualifications, skills and referred by a team member. An agreed upon time was scheduled for them to call me and at the end of week. 4 minutes after I was anticipating the call from them, I got an email saying they just got to their desk and received an email they are completely reorganizing their entire sales team for the remainder of the year. This was suspicious as it was only two days ago they were highly interested in me joining the team. I appreciated the opportunity and kindly requested they contact me when the new vamped position becomes available. All job postings online were being reposted for the same position and territory for weeks. Finally a new territory appeared for the same position and I applied again online. Immediately my online portal said I was not considered, even though I met all criteria. Essentially, talent aquisition personnel was not helpful, ghosted me and not truthful in their timeline and unapologetic and provided no reasoning for their decision.
