Intense interview process, took quite some time to hear back. Large company, lots of applicants. They ask personal questions, want details about your personal life. They want to hire those who can accommodate their target market; accomplished professionals purchasing expensive coffees.

Interview
Dress conservatively. They are not okay visible tattoos and piercings. If you don't have a business background or haven't been in a management position before be prepared to talk about how your resume relates to the job offer. A major plus is that they provide uniforms and tailoring and dry cleaning so you don't have to worry about your work attire
