First phases was CV screening then games and prerecorded video interview. Then I got an invite to the FGD phase where I had my worst recruiting experience (Jakarta). Had to come to the venue at 8AM and got the schedule details right after everybody was there, where I got scheduled at 6PM. The first hour was a seminar that had nothing to do with the case or anything, just a basic sales pitch for Nestle which we don't need because we're already interested enough to apply for a job here?!?! Then I had to wait in a unfamiliar venue (a campus) for literally 8 hours with no food or drinks or waiting room given (They tried to sell their products instead of giving it as an apology for making people wait 8 HOURS). The FGD itself was fine, pretty easy case, but lacks so much detail such as what output was expected.
