I applied online. I interviewed at Nestlé (Depok, West Java) in Aug 2023
Interview
It was a big recruitment program so every applicant gets a different interviewer. Mine was a very nice and warm lady, she made the interview pretty casual. It lasted for a bit longer than 30 minutes, overall the process was smooth.
Interview questions [3]
Question 1
Explain your educational and professional background, how do they relate to the role you’re applying?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Nestlé (Hong Kong) in Feb 2022
Interview
I interviewed at Nestlé Hong Kong. The whole process lasted for about 3 weeks to a month. There is an aptitude test at first, then HR will give you a call suddenly for a 15-20 minutes interview. After screening, there is an assessment centre which basically is a group interview that lasted for 1 hour. This group interview requires basic technical knowledge. The last stage of the interview is an individual interview that lasted for around 45 minutes. No technical questions were asked and it feels like they are trying to learn about your personality and character, and how you would handle different situations. To be honest, the most difficult part of the whole application process is the aptitude test since the questions are quite hard.
