Very easy, interviewed with hiring firm initially, then spoke with current Nestle employees. Temp agency explained process and background checks required. Overall a very easy process, be prepared with basic documents such as drivers license etc

Official dressed and all candidates were seated at the hall, each candidate per seat screening and aptitude test was written, Departmental heads were there to induct us and was also give us targeted outlines per shift.
