Interview
I first applied online on their website. I had to go through the online applications and after 3 weeks, I received an email telling me about their super day. I was invited to come to their North York headquarters where I would I have to participate in a variety of workshops ranging in a random group of two to five. Some of the workshops consisted of a speed group panel interview, a group task where each member would receive hints to determine the order of profitability for various products, as well as a creative thinking assignment where you were given random items and were ordered to create and sell a product.

Teams interviews online, one with the recruitment person and another with the manager of the team, took some months for the whole process to be finalized, applied in September and offered in March
For the internship program first there was a group challenge with 5 participants led by HR, followed by an interview with the 4 bosses of some Nestlé areas for the ones that ended up going through
