Positively Challenging. The initial stages were pretty similar to any other graduate programmes. It starts with online application, immediately followed by automated video interview. The online inrterview comprise of 3 questions, 1.5 min each. (Mainly strength-based questions). The next stage is the assessment center. The AC starts with a group discussion resolving a business case. You will have to present the outcome of your discussion as a group.
If you are successful at AC you will be called back for a panel interview. The interviewer will be a mix of the heads of the function you apply for and HR. The questions are largely based on your CV. Do expect a few technical questions during the session. The whole interview lasts more or less 30mins. Interviewers are friendly, so relax and be yourself, but be your best self.
Final stage is split into 2 sessions. Rather than a conventional one-one-one or many-to-one interview, all shortlisted had a roundtable session with the head of the department I applied for. The rountable session involved a discussion involving all the candidates and all the assessors. The topic is strictly about the function you are applying to. Also there will be a session where all the candidates will be put into groups to play games. You will be closely monitored during the session.
Call, third party agency for a psychological behavioural test, one technical interview, and a GM interview, case studies were involved, and detailed questions to see cultural fit with nestle's culture and mission.
Online assessment basedly on personality, behavioural test and reasoning. Moderate difficulty. Need to do it fast as limited time provided.Next stage will be phone interview as I was informed by email from management
I applied online. I interviewed at Nestlé (Kuala Lumpur) in Jul 2026
Interview
I have done the online assessment. It is quite rushed because have time limits. It includes a personality test, cultural behavior, work interest, logical test, and verbal reasoning and logical test. As far as I know, it is not really hard, but in a short time. So i dont even know what the result will get.
