Very structured and well managed. Can tell that they are serious in finding the best of the best among the candidates. Interviewers were all very professional. However, there are many stages to go through before you get finalised (about 4 to 5 stages).
After submitting your application, they will ask you to answer an aptitude and behavioural test. Once you pass this, you will have a phone interview with HR. After that, we were invited for a 2-day immersion tour of the company and we worked on a business case study. There are a few rounds you need to pass before becoming a MT at Nestle. The first 2 rounds are written tests where they check on your IQ, English and General Knowledge (including about Nestle).
