I was sent an email to schedule my first interview with an HR rep. I brushed up on the company, the job I was applying for, and the STAR interview prep they send you. Only two minutes into the interview, the HR rep says it's a 3rd shift position and if that would be an issue for me. That information wasn't even listed on the job posting. If you are hiring for a position, you need to list the hours or at least the shift. It's a waste of time for me and your HR rep.
