Very narrow process. I have never understood a company trying to ask a couple of canned cliche questions and expect to get something from it. This is what happens when you hire too many "group think" behavioralists for HR. I guess they have to justify their positions as well. I almost rebuked the process from the beginning. How cutting edge can a company be that wants you to recite a situation that you spent a week preparing for?
