Initially you are contacted via a phone screen with a couple of questions to address your competency. A couple of weeks later I was invited onsite. The process is a standard behavioral based interview. 3 or 4 groups of people ask you questions regarding past experiences with work, difficult coworkers, etc. Run of the mill interview.
