Net@Work interview questions

They responded promptly to my application and invited me to a phone interview with one of their recruiters. We quickly identified a factor that made the job a no-go for me (travel requirements too high), and we ended the call on a positive note. I felt good about my experience with them -- they seem like a fantastic company, and hopefully we can reconnect in future for another position.

Initial Phone Interview, second and third phone interview. Very unprofessional, didn't have any direction or agenda about the whole process. Was told would hear back after a week then eventually after 2 months to schedule a second interview. Interviewer had no clue what the position entailed, other person didn't even bother to call. Attachments were emailed for assessments but the link never worked, communication was a joke. Good thing I was using this as a practice interview because I could tell the company didn't have good management and the pay offered was way below industry standard.
