Contacted by the recruiter and completed a behavioral phone screen. Had an onsite of three onsite interviews with the team I was interning for. The first interview was strictly technical, while the second was a blend and the last was with the team's manager and was purely fit and project based.
The interview was straightforward and conversational in nature. It focused on a few technical questions to assess my understanding of key concepts relevant to the role, but it didn’t include a live coding exercise or whiteboard session. Instead, the interviewer asked me to explain how I would approach certain problems, talk through examples from past experiences, and demonstrate my thought process. Overall, it was more about gauging my knowledge and communication skills rather than testing me with hands-on coding challenges.
