I was contacted by the HR from Bangalore for a Team from Israel. Round 1 -> (1Hr) Technical ( 1 Code + 2 SQL ) (WhiteBoarding) Round 2 -> Home Task The 1st technical round was pretty good but the 2nd round that of the home task was very disappointing. The Question was pretty easy and I was able to deliver it in a day. The Panel again contacted me saying, since I know I can make it better , they told me to work upon it again AFTER 1 WEEK. Post my resubmission, There was absolutely no response for 2 Weeks and the HR also agreed that , the Panel has taken heck lot of time for assessing a task that I was able to deliver in a day. Interesting, upon asking a doubt, I got a response saying, "Please make your assumptions and work accordingly". All in All, Very disappointing response from HR and the Hiring team. Cons - 1. No clarity 2. For the post of data engineering 3. there is no big data technologies involved in the project 4. Cold Replies and response from the Team
