Went through 3 interviews that all were behavioral and seemed to go well in the span of 2 weeks. I was then strung along for 4 weeks without any information until I got a call that said "Thanks but no thanks". They also shared that they went with someone who had more technical experience for a training academy focused on giving people technical experience.

Process took 3 months with 3 interviews. 2 phone interviews and a Zoom meeting with engineers. Did not get the opportunity to be apart of the S3 Academy, which is entry level right out of college. No feedback was given. Asked a lot of experience questions which did not make sense being it was an entry level, college graduate hiring positing with 90 day training.
