This was a second interview. Had already had an initial interview with hiring mgr and been put through the to final panel presentation/interview. However, they then at short notice changed the process and scheduled another interview and acted surprised I already had been given date for the final interview. Very poor process and mgt of candidates.

Six interviews with various stakeholders. Strong emphasis on fit and culture. Jo was very prompt with communication and updates throughout the entire process. Discussions with various stakeholders felt inclusive. Entire process took under two weeks.

Went through 4 interviews. The process was as expected with very fair questioning that pertained to the position. I was very happy with the value that came out of the interview process through feedback and elaboration of questions asked.
