The whole process took around 3-4 weeks. I got the initial interview with the HR at NetEase through a recruiter. The second interview was with 2 Senior UI Artists and my final interview consisted of a Creative Director, UX Director, and Lead UX Designer. Out of the 5 people I interviewed with only one was a foreigner and two spoke basic English. I was able to communicate with them because the HR spokesperson was also the translator. Shortly after speaking with them I got an offer within a week. All in all, I had a great interview experience, the only downside was I had to adjust to their time zone and had the interviews at 11 pm, which was understandable since they had to get multiple people on the call.
