Phone interview was conducted in English and everyone involved seemed genuinely interested in what I had to say. I was encouraged to share my thoughts on today games art level and art in general, along with other job related issues.
I had one interview with a recruiter from NetEase. They asked me questions related to my past experience, education and availability. They also asked if I had the needed paperwork to start working, as I moved from a different country. The interview took about twenty five minutes.
