VP of Marketing reachez out via LinkedIn only to never respond to me follow up message. Recruiter then reached out to me months later. Phone call was fine but they ghosted me not long after.
Very nice people and great interview! I spoke with their recruiter who was kind and interested in my answers. Overall, I would interview with them again in the future, as it seems like a good company with a good work/life balance.

Ghosted on a phone interview with no apology. Recruiter said he had computer issues and seemed shocked that I didn't want to reschedule after a terrible first impression. His attitude that I would exercise my choice to not continue cemented the company doesn't respect that interviewing is a two-way street.
