I had an interview scheduled for Tuesday, 28th November. However, I was called on Thursday, the 23rd, and was asked to do the interview there and then as they were looking to move swiftly with the recruitment process. I agreed and completed the interview the next day. I was interviewed on Friday, 24th November. I was then informed that I would hear back early the following week. Unfortunately, I did not receive any communication. On the 4th of December, I attempted to call, but was not answered, nor I was called back. I then emailed asking for a call back. I was informed that they would get back to me as soon as they had an answer. Today is the 31st of January, and no one has bothered to reply or inform me of the outcome of my interview. Being ghosted after investing time and energy in applying for a position is disheartening. My advice is to think twice about applying to a role in this company if this is the way they treat candidates.
