I applied through college or university. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at NetJets (Columbus, OH) in May 2015
Interview
They flew me out to Columbus, OH and I met with HR once I walked in the door. They had me do a personality review online which took about 45 minutes once I got there. After that, they bought me lunch and I waited to meet with two men from the operations department. After waiting for about a half hour, I was led to an interivew room where I met two men from the operations department and after introducing themselves they started asking typical job interview questions. I wasn't asked anything about my dispatch knowledge but instead questions like "tell me about a time when..." or "tell me about yourself". After talking for about an hour, they decided to show me around and where I'd be working if I got the job. After that, they left me with the women in the HR department that i previously met and I went back to the airport.

I applied online. I interviewed at NetJets (Columbus, OH) in Mar 2020
Interview
Recruiter called to setup a Skype interview with the Flight Ops Director and Manager. I was asked a lot of personality questions, but nothing intimidating. Everything went pretty well. I was later offered to come to CMH for an in-person interview. NetJets paid for my rental car. I was offered flights, but there was nothing direct and I only lived 3 hours from Columbus by car. I met with the same people as the Skype interview. All were very nice. The in-person interview was mostly for me to ask questions, as well as shadow one of their dispatchers. The whole experience was very positive. I interviewed in March of 2020. They went on a hiring freeze a week or so later due to Covid-19. I got the official notification about 6 months later that the requisition was closed. I was bummed out about that, however it was understandable.
