Interview
Applied online. I was contacted by email by the company recruiter. Initial interview was held with recruiter. The 2nd interview was with the hiring manager. A third interview would have been with the IT team and upper management.
Honestly, a terrible experience. You’re left alone for 1.5 hours to solve random math, SQL, and business problems, and then a panel of 4–5 people comes in just to grill you and dissect every detail of your thinking.

Interview
Interviewed first for a Business Consultant position, then was moved over to interview for a Business Analyst position. The entire process was very positive until the end. After my last interview I was told the recruiter would reach out to me. I didn't hear anything for a week, then once I reached out to follow up, I immediately received a 1 line response saying the hiring manager "decided to pass on me". It definitely makes me wonder if I ever would have heard back if I hadn't followed up.
