Group interviews! They only hire young models...Flashy event, and most seemed fake/nice. They were horrible about the selection process. They lead you on for a few weeks, and then polity tell you NO with zero feedback.

Interview
I had high hopes when applying to NetJets, but my experience left me disappointed and disheartened. As a professional with solid experience clearly outlined on my CV, I was surprised by how the process unfolded. Despite being contacted for an interview (so my experience was clearly known), I was later told I wasn’t successful due to a "lack of experience." This felt contradictory and left me questioning the real reason behind the rejection.
From the very first call, I sensed a dismissive tone. The recruiter quickly pointed out that there was "a lot of competition," even though I had only asked about the hiring process — it felt like a subtle way of discouraging me from the start. What stood out most was the strong impression that hiring decisions seemed based more on appearance than qualifications. It was hard not to notice the lack of diversity, and it felt like if you’re not Caucasian-European, you’re already at a disadvantage.
For anyone applying, especially people of color, I strongly suggest checking their LinkedIn profile and team pages to see if you see people who look like you — it may help set your expectations. I remained professional and positive throughout, but I believe in calling out inequity when I see it.

Interview
I had one call with the recruiter and one with the hiring manager. I’m not sure why the hiring manager wanted to meet with me even as they did not ask me really any questions about me, they were messaging/slacking during the interview. Just seemed a waste of time.
