I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at NetJets in Nov 2024
Interview
After 4 rounds of interviews, that started with an HR screening followed by SOM, DOC interviews, I was invited to visit the offices in person, as a last step. Having left there with even a goodies bag, I was called 5 days later to be given the generic "other candidate" rejection, leaving me completely confused.
The manager from the office did not even reply to my email after having thanked her and expressing my interest in the role.
Made me rethink my approach and question if there even was a job opening.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at NetJets (Columbus, OH) in Jan 2020
Interview
The interview process was nothing short of efficient and professional. I was interviewed by a total of five individuals who each had their own unique, meaningful questions. They focused more on getting to know me as a person rather than a piece of paper with my experiences.
