Interview
There was a phone screen interview that took around 5-10 minutes. The interviewer was great , providing a lot of information about the job requirements and infrastructure. in about a week he scheduled a technical interview.
The technical interview took about 1 hour with the Helpdesk Manager (Russian I believe ). The issue was that his English was so bad that he had to write on a piece of paper acronyms like SSH, NetSH, ...
I believe he had predefined answers , because if you gave an answer that would accomplish same task but not the one he was expected to hear, he would show his disagreement. (unprofessional from my point of view)
