Interview and recruitment process was smooth and good shaped. It was taken by corporate offices directly, without participation of local representatives or operational managers.
Several interview sessions took place along the whole recruitment process. At the beginning, the interview process was taken via skype conference, and later it was performed an overall session, face-to-face in Bogota.
