Face to face interview of around 2 hours. Interview process was of 3 rounds 2 technical and one HR. First technical round has basic grammar test followed by 1 hour of interview questions.

Worst company with zero professionalism. They conduct interviews for time pass. When I went for the interview:  They had not even made the laptop ready for the test. The HR was doing some trial and error in front of me to login the laptop. Easily wasted 15-20 minutes.  They ask you to keep your bag and other belongings outside near the security. You think you are hiring some school going kids or experienced professionals?.  When I asked for water, they asked me to drink from a used bottle (sick!! I did not even touch it).  HRs behave like they are doing some favor to you. They don’t even greet you. Their behavior is very unpleasant.  There were two rounds scheduled for the day but they asked to leave for the day after the test. Reason given was, the interviewer is “Busy”. I don’t know if the HR person was dreaming while scheduling the interview. All the bad reviews here are 100% true. I made a mistake by attending the interview even after reading them. If you still attend, you are going to regret for sure. Don’t attend interviews here and waste your precious time. Advice to management: Take action before it’s too late. The HR team has no professionalism at all. Also, see how frustrated your employees are in the Bangalore office.

I attended interview for the position of technical writer. Interview has 3 rounds, written, managerial and HR round. Written round mainly concentrate on grammar and logical reasoning and procedure writing.
