I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Netflix in Sep 2024
Interview
I was offered a Netflix director role with a signing bonus, contingent on base country confirmation. During the follow-up call, potential adjustments were discussed: role modifications and relocation possibilities. They promised an update within a month.
Surprisingly, Netflix reposted the role without notification, past the deadline, with the original base country specified. This communication lapse was unprofessional and disappointing, given the official offer letter.
