Interview
Overall, the process started out impressive as there was a candidate portal you could access throughout the process.
I had 3 rounds: HR, Hiring Manager & Colleague.
After the 3rd interview there was silence. I followed up but was pretty much ghosted. I assumed I wasn't going forward but it would have been nice to receive some follow-up - even a "we're not moving forward."
Instead about 3 weeks later I receive an automated rejection email from HR. It looks like one you receive after you apply for a job.
Overall that was disappointing as sometimes candidates like to request feedback as it can be helpful during the job hunt. There was a lack of transparency here.

Tell me about a marketing program you are proud of?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Netskope (Denver, CO) in Nov 2024
Interview
The Netskope interview process was truly the best experience I have been involved in to date.
Often times, hiring recruiters have inconsistent knowledge/skill set and do not:
Adequately provide enough data about the role, company or benefits
Do not let you know where things stand.
Fail to respond back.
Often allow the process to fall into black hole.
String you along/drag out the entire process.
The Netskope experience was vastly different.
The Netskope recruiter, Mike Driscoll, was not only a highly experienced recruiter, but he also was very knowledgeable about the company as a whole, the revenue, culture and direction of the company.
Mike initially provided a comprehensive overview of what the hiring process would entail, was always quick to provide updates in terms of the progress and delivered exactly what he promised - a smooth and clear hiring experience.
I'm truly very impressed.
