I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Netskope (Madrid) in Jul 2024
Interview
Went through 6 interviews: screening call with a recruiter, a call with the engineering manager, two different technical interviews and two additional interviews, one with the engineering director and another one with a principal engineer.
Overall, the process was very slow (took more than 1 month) but the people I talked to were nice. One of the interviews had to be rescheduled because the interviewer did not show up. The interview with the director was a bit rushed because he was leaving on holiday, it was scheduled with very short notice on a Friday afternoon and he was late (!). They scheduled an additional interview with a principal engineer because they were still not sure (after 5 interviews).
I found the whole process too long and the way the handled certain steps was not very professional.
