Initial round HR round. After HR round there was managerial round. In the HR round the discussion was around my experience and resume, my expectation towards the job and the salary expectation.
In Managerial round, the interview was more focused on my experience at previous org. I wasn't able to get past 2nd round but after the managerial round there were 3 technical rounds focusing on the required technical skills mentioned in my resume along with those mentioned in job description.

Interview
I applied for a position of Technical Support Engineer.
First I had a conversation with the HR. Normal interview.
Second, I talked to a Director. He was very friendly.
I had two more technical interviews, and that's all. No feedback from HR regarding my application. I have dedicated some hours to participate in the interviews, but any response, either good or bad. This is very unprofessional.
