After your application is accepted it there is an initial phone screening with someone in HR. The phone screening is the typical things you get, asking questions about the business and why you're interested in the position and just some typical questions about yourself. If that goes well and you're able to be friendly then there is a teams video interview with multiple people from the sales team and they ask tons of questions, this is the typical behavioral interview.

Interview
Met briefly with a recruiter and then met with the two sales managers who would be overseeing my internship. They both interviewed me at the same time. The company has a very laid back atmosphere, so the managers who interviewed me were wearing jeans. I felt a little out of place in a suit. It definitely wasn't a stressful interview, and it felt more like a conversation than an interview.
