I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Netsmart (Leawood, KS) in Feb 2018
Interview
The interview was with the CISO over the phone. It went well and was told by him the next move was to come in and meet. Over three weeks later the recruiting team is not responsive. Seems to be run as a staffing team, not recruiting. Best of luck, there are good people in the company!
I applied online. I interviewed at Netsmart in May 2025
Interview
First round was the recruiter screening. Second round was individual meetings with the hiring manager and a peer. Final round was a meeting with two executives. The recruiter was generally communicative and clear with the process and next steps.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The recruiter provided the company values ahead of our screening call and asked me to prepare to speak to one or two of them. During the call I was asked, "Which company value resonates the most with you and why?"
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Netsmart (Kansas City, MO) in Mar 2018
Interview
Applied online and was requested to have a phone interview the next day. It went pretty well as far as smooth conversation, but I didn't really have the marketing experience they were looking for.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Typical questions about experience in current and past roles, but it was clear they were wanting to go a little deeper on marketing experience.
