Interview process was half behaviorial based and half discussing former roles. I spoke with at least 10 people during the two day, 8 hour interview process before receiving an offer. I spoke with them though about two roles and most of the interview was to determine which role and manager would be a better fit.

Interview
Pretty standard. They had Initial 30 minute phone screen, next was a 30 minute zoom call with one of the hiring managers. They set up for an onsite visit for the final process. I bowed out at that point.
