Two interview process in person. Direct lead you could tell they were miserable. Asked basic past job experience. Made it very clear there was no training and you were on your own. Offered no positives about the job. Second interview with manager very little questions etc. Got same info about no training

Received a call from HR, went back and forth via email for interview scheduling. Had two face to face interviews, first with multiple manager, like a Senate Hearing, second with their boss. Weeks in between interviews.
