I interviewed virtually with a night-shift and a day shift manager. The job position I interviewed for was a night-time position. Only the day-shift manager asked me question about my job history and skill set. The night shift manager asked no job related questions. The night shift manager during this interview was rude and unprofessional. He scheduled this interview to tell that I was going backwards in my career and that I should not have applied for this. Well, I understand very well how he came to this decision. He went to personally insult me because he came across gossip from my last job position and he absolutely no interest in hiring me whatsoever. Both managers were aware of my background and yet they still scheduled an interview with me. About a week later, I received a phone call HR telling that they "enjoyed" speaking with me and that will be moving on to other candidates. I am glad I was rejected. I will never apply to Smartness again.
