Network Rail External Operative interview questions

Two interviewers, one recording another asking questions. It was quite relaxed, they were very huge on safety and you score some big points if you remember their safety rules. They expect you to have some knowledge of the business, information of which you can find on their website. They ask you questions that revolve around safe practice, workplace conflicts and the levels of escalation you can take in challenging malpractice, how you would fare with the work conditions and what support you would seek if you struggle.
