Video assessment, online interview then interview at assessment centre. It pretty standard and you are informed of everything properly so it builds up confidence it is a lengthy process but the interviewer are good and the experience is very good

Past experience and situational based mainly It was a little difficult to collect those memories or sumituations to remember at the exact time but no pressure the interviewer were very good and they made opeen tup which made answering easy
