There was an initial application form followed by online tests, a recorded interview, and finally an online interview with two Network Rail management staff. For the final interview, I was asked to prepare a 10-minute presentation on a topic of my choice. There were then a series of motivation- and behaviour-based questions. The interview lasted roughly an hour.
