I just had a brief conversation with the Recruiter which was nowhere close to a Phone Screen. Firstly, the recruiters were late in calling me & when they did, they briefly discussed the role without asking any questions about my profile or anything. Secondly, briefly mentioned the next steps which would talk about my profile in detail but I never heard back after that call in spite of me repeatedly emailing them. Candidates expect respect & clarity when you are hiring them. A lot can be said about the culture of the company through the interview process & I am disappointed with NB for ghosting me.
