I applied online and had a phone call with a recruiter, followed by an initial interview with the HRBP, and a second (final) interview consisting of a case study, a 45 minute interview with the Head of HR, and a VC interview. Initial impressions were good, although a criticism would be that the interview technique of the Head of HR needed work (unnecessarily nitpicky and intimidating which brought on my nerves and didn’t allow me to do my best). Questions seemed spontaneous, which makes me doubt candidates were evaluated with objectivity and consistency. I also didn’t hear a verdict for a few weeks after the final interview, which took some chasing.

My application was put forward by a recruiter and I received an interview invite (for first stage), a few days after. I was called back for the second (final) stage, two days after the first interview. During the second stage, I had a 30min assessment, a 45 min face-to-face with the HR Director and a video conference with a member of the HR department based in NY. I did not receive any feedback from the recruiter/ company as promised.
