Initial Phone screening to get a sense of my background. Recruiter took 24 hours at a time just to email me back and set up a call. I came in for an in-person interview. The recruiter I met with first was late to the meeting and constantly was on her phone while conversing with me. The following two senior-level employees were very kind and did a great job of explaining the role. I was thrown off by the job title of "Marketing Coordinator" because the position is just an administrative assistant. I think changing the job title may help applicants get a better idea of the role before they apply. I wish I knew more about the position's day-to-day during the phone screening, if that was the case I would have kindly declined moving forward.
