Worst hiring manager ever.
1. No 1 on 1 discussion between hiring manager and me before the onsite panel.
2. Low mode, low motivation, young, unprofessional, arrogance.
I just decided to not go on after talking to the hiring manager for 3mins.
Like a quote, an average company with good HM, employee will stay. A dream company with bad HM, people will get rid of.
Expect the hiring manager, all the other folks are very supportive and friendly.
Personally, I would not recommend any experienced people to apply for Neuralink. And it is the current condition I saw.
