I found the job opening on Teamwork online. I found the sales manager's email address on LinkedIn so I sent my letter and resume directly to him. A few days later he replied me and set up a very informal phone interview. A few days later, I was asked to complete digital interview, which is the weirdest interview I've ever had to complete. Basically you have to record your answer based on questions you got within limited time period. I think I screwed and thought I was not going to make it to the next round, but I did! a HR lady called me a week later and invited me for an in-person interview at the Gillette Stadium. The interview was very long, it tool almost three hours. Although I didn't get an interview and I know the reason (the manager gave me feedback that I am too shy for a sales position and he probably wasn't able to realize that during phone interview or digital interview), I felt like they have great training ground for young sales professionals and I wish I could get the offer.
