New Indy Containerboard interview questions

Brought in for in-house interview; the interview conducted by the CFO and HR manager; brief introduction of the company; discussed about the role and their expectation; discussed about your work experience;

I applied for the position by handing in a resume at a job fair. I received a call about a 6 weeks later to schedule an interview for the following week. It was a simple plant tour followed by a panel interview with three people. They were very clear about what they were looking for and asked standard questions. It was also very casual and friendly.
